Hi guys, I'm doing great.

I was just telling Taryn before we went live.

I haven't done this for like six, I haven't done a live feed update in specific in like six years.

So this is crazy.

I'm so happy to be back.

And yeah, I think the whole time I was watching yesterday, well, the full season really, but specifically yesterday, a bit frustrating.

My notes is a lot of all caps yelling.

We'll get into it.

Yeah, this was immediately, like I said, very frustrating for me.

And later on, I'm jumping way ahead, but I'm stealing this line because it did put things into perspective for me to soothe me back down in a way.

Mallory, I forgot who she was talking to, made it a point later in the day to say that

She feels like their side of the house hasn't really had the opportunity to even build a solid alliance because they've constantly been in danger to the point that they don't know who's going to be here next week to start creating something.

Now, is that an excuse to not create something solid?

Absolutely not.

But I think that given that point, I was like, you know what?

I'm on the outside.
