it's really shifting from a reactive state to a proactive state for organizations, right?
Being able to be proactive in communication with folks.
And you're right, there is an older generation that's very digitally savvy.
They are willing to take that step, which is really, really key.
Linda, I'd love to stay with you on this next question, because again, you've mentioned you've worked with so many different softwares, you've worked with so many different pieces in this space.
There is a conversation around technology fatigue, right?
There's so many options.

Vendors, solutions, right?
It warrants the question, how do I decide?
How do I make the right decision for our organization?
When leaders are evaluating these new tools, what helps them make clear and confident choices instead of being pulled into this space of like, I don't know what to do?
It is tough.
It is tough.
But I think, again, what you've mentioned, we hear that at Becker's quite frequently as well, is that clinical experience is so critical for companies to be able to work with folks in the healthcare space.
