There's risk with that.

And you'd get the sort of father outside the hospital complaining about wait times.

But for every one of those, you do get something actually quite genuine and authentic.

And that's what can then tell the story for you rather than being locked up in Downing Street, which it sounds like he doesn't particularly want to be anyway.

So why not lean into what he actually wants to spend time doing?

And you have to be that laser focused on it, which is why I found Lucy Powell's remarks today interesting, because I think you could do any number of things.

I have reservations about the number 10 in the north for a few reasons, largely that set a civil service on a task like that, and that's what they will do.

What else are they going to do?

And I just think in terms of that demonstration of delivery to people, is this their priority?

And it will take a long time.
