And actually, this makes me think about something else, which is one of the other things I talk about a lot.
I fully believe that so many people are doing jobs that they don't necessarily love.
And if they were given a choice, they would leave it like that.
If money was no object.

How many people say, I would leave?
And this is the thing, when you're single, because you've got nobody relying on you, that is the time to go, do you know why?
can hate this job and I want more for my life and that is the time when you can really pivot and do something completely different try things out take risks in a way that you perhaps can't when you're married and you have kids yeah so those are some of the reasons why yeah it can be awesome
Yeah, there is a danger of sitting on the sofa doom scrolling all weekend completely.
And I think weekends are, and you mentioned bank holidays.
For someone who is not feeling good about single, I think weekends can be their idea of a complete nightmare because it's like, what do I do with myself?
Oh my God.
But you know what?
I think a lot of it, I really, really feel this so strongly.
A lot of it is how you are thinking about it.
So much of...
you know, let's take somebody who's feeling, who's really hating being single.
The first thing you've got to do is ask yourself, how am I thinking about it?
What stories am I telling myself?
Because the truth is that there's a whole world out there and, you know, but it is up to you to make shit happen.
