And you're so right.
The most important thing when it comes to weekends, if you find them difficult, is to get intentional, is to make plans.
And even if you, let's say all your friends are busy with their husbands and kids and you're, you know,
It's really important to just think, okay, well, what can I do?
How can I carve, you know, how can I spend time this weekend?
So it's really, I think being intentional is something we should be all being in life, whether we're single or not, but particularly for someone who is struggling with singlehood.

go back to what we were both saying about how neither of us have ever been bored or haven't been bored for years and years.
There is so much to learn.
There is so much to explore.
And so I would always say, you know, look at what you love to do.
Look at what lights you up and follow that little breadcrumb and do more of that.
Because yes, of course, being single, you don't have that built in family.
You don't have the kids.
You don't have the husband.
You don't necessarily have people at, you know, on hand 24 seven.
But you do get to go, well, actually, what lights me up?
And what can I try?
What makes me feel good that I can do more of?
And that might just be going to the supermarket, buying some delicious, healthy food and cooking yourself a really nice meal and having a bath and watching a film.
