I think that not long ago we saw exactly the same with Germany.
They needed to make a quick transition, a readaptation to what football is demanding right now.
And that starts from that, because if not, it's sad.
It's really sad and disappointing to see Italy, that has been one of the most iconic national teams in the World Cup and in the Euros, don't be involved in a competition like the World Cup this year.
I think that is right there.
Honestly, I'm surprised because just in the last World Cup, when we saw this young generation with all those politics and a generation where we could feel Tylan Adams,
they were going to do it, they were going to be strong, they were going to make a big statement in the World Cup.
I was really encouraged and I was really excited about what they could bring, but there's been so many changes, there's been so many things happening in the last four years, well, two years, that I'm really surprised that at this stage, really close, just a few months to the World Cup, we are no more excited about this national team.
I don't know what is the real fact, why we cannot see the United States closer to being favorite.
I understand that there are a lot bigger national teams that are going to be, of course, favorite.
But I was expecting, we can see Ecuador, we can see Japan, we can see Colombia even ahead of the United States.
And I was expecting maybe into the 15th, some closer to that, the United States to be maybe in that situation.
But right now, and I agree with Xhaka, it's been a little bit disappointing to see in the last result.
But again, things can change very quickly.
When you play at home, when you play with your crowd, it's going to be something different.
So hopefully we can see a better face of this team because the quality is there.
So hopefully we can see a better start.
I just don't get why France has to be in the first spot.
