If the person prefers that, totally fine.

I give them options.

But for the most part, we're on the rug, we're in the grass, we're we're walking, we're doing stuff.

So like I'm constantly moving around.

And you know, it allows for just like a nice switch up from what I was used to.

Yeah, so I love this part of therapy because it is just so functional.

And I feel like a lot of us want that as a goal is just to build functional skills.

So specifically with my adult population, we will go we'll go to the park.

Let's go and walk around and we'll talk about things that we see and just have conversations like in a natural environment.

Um, we'll go to a McDonald's and we'll order food and we'll do things that make, you know, the them comfortable, but also push their limits just a little bit.

And it's so nice to see growth in those types of situations.

Like, let's go meet at a TJ Man.

So now I really have to hold myself back in this type of situation, but it is for them.

So I have to fully put, you know, my much strength in their court.

But

It's nice to see like, yeah, anyone's gonna go anyone go shopping.

You and I can get a credit card and just go to TJ Maxx and absolutely go to town.

But for some other people, it is very overwhelming, especially in the clearance section.
