So, uh, the book is just called Zingerman's, which is the name of the deli.
And it's, it's a really good book about customer experience.
Uh, I always follow, uh, Sheryl Sandberg.
I think she's, uh, really a, um, I've spent some time with her and I obviously follow her like, like anybody else that works in digital.
You know, I think,
She's the most versatile person.
She's, she's unbelievable.
You know, I talk about as somebody who, who is in a complicated cultural situation, somebody who has had enormous personal challenges.
I talk about somebody that has really done B2B and B2C stuff.
I think she's just a real glow in the dark person who I watch at every turn.
I think my favorite online tool is Zwift on the consumer Swift.
Yeah.
It's a, it's, I'm a, I'm a, I'm a bike rider and, uh, and somebody who likes to be in bike races and, and Zwift is a, um, uh, a, a venture backed startup that has built, um, a very, very complex, um,
virtual riding experience for training, racing, and all that sort of stuff.
And if you haven't, you don't have to be a cyclist to check it out.
The complexity of that product, I always tell people, like, oh, we can't build this, or we can't build that, or that'd be so hard.
I'm always like, go home and look at Zwift, and then come back and tell me that you can't build that product.
I wish that my 20 year old self knew that, um, that while hustle matters and, and the expectation is that, that you're working your ass off.
Um, you need to set goals around what constitutes success and you could be hustling.
You could not be hustling.
