A 15-year-old girl named Naraya offered testimony to Congress stating she had witnessed Iraqi soldiers taking 15 Kuwaiti babies out of incubators and leaving them on the floor to die. Uh-oh. Uh-oh. In response to those findings, Amnesty International accused the Bush administration of opportunistic manipulation of the international human rights movement.
So they faked a moral thing of Iraqi soldiers killing Kuwaiti babies in addition to weapons of mass destruction in order to gain sympathy for a war in Iraq.
