You're watching someone who's got their 10,000 hours in.
And when you're seeing a master carpenter putting up crown molding, you're also looking at that.
Or you see a guy who's old school and can do plaster really well with the hawk and the knife and the broad knife and all that kind of stuff, like really moving fast.

And there's something super satisfying.
