I think it's similar to what's gone wrong and what still is going right and can go right in the arts in some ways.

with completely beneath contempt things like artificial intelligence and things like that where you just see these complete simpletons just insisting on imposing a development on us that nobody wants and nobody asked for and nobody has any use for whatsoever but there's so much money invested in it that they can't help but do that.

But then I think that is true of a sort of a level of managerialism generally.

Like I think the, like I've always found it like bitterly hilarious that it took an ITV drama to

make the government take action on the post office scandal, which had been reported on in the press for 12 years before that.

And it was a bit late for the people who'd lost their livelihoods or who'd taken their own lives as a result of the horrific mistreatment of that.

And it's because there's a level of managerialism that only exists.

It's like a weird sort of cult.

It only exists to protect itself.

It only exists to pretend that it means anything and it doesn't.

And they know that it doesn't.

And because it is

so empty and this is the same way they are like they think that they kind of understand us they think that they know us because they sort of have our data and they have nothing they have absolutely nothing they can they can cause harm they can destroy the entire world if they want to but that's not power like anyone can do they also just not ask the simple question

I think they're hooked on a kind of venture capital model, but I think that's true of a certain sort of higher level of how things are run.

I don't know exactly what's gone wrong with higher education.
