I miss I miss being in a locker room.

I think uh I think being on the game on the field in four games the past couple years, you see guys run by and you decide you don't want anything to do with with with those guys, the running backs, the offensive linemen, even the receivers feel like they've gotten bigger and bigger.

Well, you know what's interesting?

You talk about watching it from the field.

You don't ever listen to the game or hear the game or feel the game when you're playing, but

During twenty twenty, that was my first year when I was done playing.

I worked with the Panthers in the front offices and I was on the field.

for some of those games and there was no one in the stands to start the year.

So you could hear everything.

Every hit, every sound, every time a guy puts his foot in the ground and makes a cut.

And you start to realize like how did I how did I play out here during this game for that long?

Because guys are it's it's fast, it's physical.

And uh I'm glad that that I was on the sideline at that point.

Yeah, it was it was Michael Robinson.

So my my rookie year, we played Seattle at home.

It was my first game playing at inside backer and uh Russell Wilson escapes from the pocket.
