And I used to sell to restaurants and things like that, but once you go to selling your own crabs,

you almost get blacklisted in a way, you know what I mean?

So, you know, I had been selling to restaurants and purveyors for like seven years, you know, and I had built good reputation, you know, I had a lot of contacts.

So you go to sell your own and they don't want to buy from you.

Um, because yeah, your competition, but also they're all always going to assume that you're going to be skimming the better grade off the top.

That's really the big thing.

know what i mean um which like i truthfully never did because i was like you know i was in a in a position when i started where like there was no market for me so i had to like be you know i had no family in market i hadn't you know i had nothing so i had to like have a little bit of a edge on the other guys so like i always i never did that and i always sold like

You know, I was like a try hard.

I was trying to sell like a better product than the other guys, which I know now like kind of screws up the market status quo.

You know what I mean?

But also at the time it was like, I did what I had to do to get a foot in.

But yeah, I mean, I sell everything direct to consumer now, which is, I say it's like three times the money for five times the work, you know?

I mean, cause you're, it used to be, I'd catch crabs.

and you drop them off to the... Dude, you're done.

Yeah, yeah.

You know, I'd be driving around in the truck for two, three hours, you know, after work, but it's like,

I didn't have to worry about it.

I tacked up a, you know, a ticket.

I picked up a check on Monday, you know, and we were just throwing crabs into baskets.
