And there's no size limit across the carapace, no point to point limit size on a female crab.
It's just if it's a mature female crab, you can take it.
So not everybody, but I have a license for it.
So in a lot of ways, yes.
So crabs, male crabs under five inches are going overboard.
Most of the time, lights are going overboard.
Immature females that are not peelers are going overboard, although that's kind of uncommon.
any light females, we don't keep any light females.
Because remember how I said the females, their shells get harder twice as fast, but they're twice as empty inside.
But yes, so in the pots, I have different mesh size wire.
And that does a lot of the culling for us.
And then we also have cull rings, which are plastic rings in the sides of the pots.
And so I have different size cull rings.
that I open up at different times of the year.
You know what I mean?
Because like right now, we had that male shed early this year.
And so there's just a load of crabs, but there's a load of these cookie cutter, like four and three quarter and five to five and a half inch little males.
And so I have, you know, that's a legal crab, right?
You know, five and a half inch crab, a legal crab, but I don't want to dump 30 of those in the box and they have to go through 30 of them each pot.
