Decreasing muscle and joint pain.
That's quite good.
So it can decrease a bit of pain, actually.
Anybody with a muscle injury, you can decrease the pain slightly.
They've shown that.
That can be because the blood flow is rushing up to the skin and that somehow...
take some of the toxins away from the muscle and decreasing muscle tension.
So these are all good things.
But to reiterate, the social nature is really good, right?
And another study in Finland, 2,300 Finnish men were studied over 20 years.
Can you believe it?
We love science on that scale.
So they followed over 2,000 men for 20 years.
And again, they concluded massive benefits to the heart.
So again, all the evidence was there from that kind of study.
The trouble with that is they get a bit careful.
You can have what are called confounding variables
It's possible that those men were also taking more exercise.
And we know exercise is good for you as well.
But they factored that in.
