Now, it's obvious, as I say, we've known exercise helps our mood.

But now two major studies just published earlier this year have found that regular exercise is as good as antidepressants or therapy for those struggling with their mental health.

And the first study was remarkable.

They looked at 69 trials of this.

Now, people have done like almost like a clinical trial.

If someone's got anxiety, depression, take exercise, they feel a bit better.
