It was just people care.
I think that's the biggest thing.
People care and you want them to care.
And, yeah, I mean, I don't really have a great answer for it.
I enjoy playing in Canada in general just because, you know, playing Vancouver, Toronto, Winnipeg, there's a little more media attention.
But at the end of the day, I think the biggest pressure is the pressure you put on yourself.
Obviously, there's outside expectations and that goes hand in hand with all the teams doing.
But, I mean, those are some of the best experiences I've had is playing in a market like that where people just care all the time.
Fans care.
They want to come up to you and, you know, shake your hand.
They give it to you when you need it and keep you accountable.
And, I mean, I know there's a perception throughout the NHL sometimes as far as a tough market to play.
But those are some of my best memories playing, you know, with that Leaf jersey on and forever grateful for it.
Thanks.
I just got to say one more thing.
I shout out to my brother-in-law, who's the heavyweight of the American Hockey League with the Milwaukee Admirals, Kyle Marino.
He never misses an overdrive show.
And I was telling him yesterday I was coming on today, and he told me to make sure I say that Hayes is a fraud.
Shout out to him and the admirals.
All right.
