So what's the quietest night of the week for you?

It's normally Monday, actually.

And Monday is a nice time to come into town.

It's nice and quiet and there's no shouting, no roaring.

It's just a nice place to be, you know.

And the staff are lovely too.

Well, it depends on the week, actually, and it depends heavily on the weather.

We're weather dependent, so we have a big outside area.

Like today, I was cycling into work and said, it's going to be a busy night tonight.

So when I'm doing the orders at the start of the week, I'm on Metair and straight away having a look, seeing what the weather's going to be like, and I adjust the orders accordingly, depending on what the weather's going to be.

More spirits.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we would.

Like the draft goes down a fair bit, especially Guinness.

I mean, our Guinness sales are really, really strong.

It's a great product at the moment for us.

But when it comes to the summertime, we're actually selling a little bit less of it.

You know, across the year we're up on Guinness, but you can see a little bit of a dip.
