And it should be in your affidavit before the family report so the family report writer can comment on those things.
You and your ex are choosing a family report writer as a single expert, usually, right?
And so you can look at their reviews and ask around and find people who are, firstly, probably, if you need it, trauma-informed.
And of course, if you need it for your child with their neuro-spicy brains.
I mean, there's subtle signals that they put out for when they look on their webpage, you'll see their kind of interest, special interest.
You don't have that luxury if the court appoints someone to make a family report for you, although you'd probably be $5,000 better off because the court will do it for free.

I suspect even sometimes when there's no coaching at all, particularly if you've got a child who is maybe twice exceptional with really high IQ, very mature, very eloquent.
And I've seen report writers go, that didn't come out of that nine-year-old's mouth.
