Oh, my kids out of bed every two seconds, or or um, oh, they just won't fall asleep.

There's some of this stuff we can only do from our part of it.

We can only do what we can do as parents.

We cannot make a child go to sleep.

So if we've covered every base, timing is good, routine is good, plan is good.

She's in bed, she stays in bed, but she just sings to herself for an hour.

I'm like, as long as you don't have to be there for that, that that's okay.

That's okay.

So we can't make them fall asleep.

All we can do is A, make sure we're not woven into their go-to-sleep pattern.

And and then set set them up for success.

And then after that, it's it's important that they then do the work.

And some of these kids just take a long time to go asleep.
