And then the last one, which we should just mention before we go,
because it's another thing that they've identified as an immediate improvement.
They've said to recruit an internationally proven batting coach to work all across the West Indies system, and a full-time sports psychologist performance coach will join the senior men's team.
The women's team's role already exists, but will be upgraded to a full-time role.
