It's just part of a healthy, robust conversation.
Just in the same way, how I will do episodes on Cricket West Indies and stakeholders, how I'll talk about political leaders, how I'll talk about the women's game, how I'll talk about the dinosaurs in the territorial boards.
Nobody is immune from my commentary.
And that doesn't mean that you can't commentate on me.
You can do whatever you want.
But on the Caribbean Cricket Podcast, nobody is immune from my commentary.
Now, again, another disclaimer.
I'm well aware that there are some agents currently operating in and around West Indies cricket who I believe genuinely do have the best interest of the cricketers at heart, right?
However, I also believe that there are some unscrupulous characters and bad faith actors
who don't have West Indies cricket.
And that's the key word for me.
This is the key phrase.
So anyone who wants to get in their feelings, this is the key phrase for me.
Is West Indies cricket and the betterment of West Indies cricket at the heart of what you're doing?
Now, of course, that could sound naive, right?
And people could say, Mash, if I am an agent and this sports person is my client, my prerogative is that player getting the best deals that that player can get.
And obviously you getting your little cutback.
That player getting the best deal that they can get, wherever that may be, so that they can have financial freedom.
And by proxy, the agent can also have financial freedom.
All of that can be correct.
