I got to go to Japan recently and I had been very busy with work, so I hadn't put a lot of time into planning our family trip that we were going to take.

And so we were taking the train into Kyoto, Japan, and I go on perplexity and I was like, what are the best things to do in Kyoto if you only have a day?

And one of the things they said was, well, there's a thousand geishas that are left and

Kyoto is one of the places where you can see geishas.

And so if you want to go geisha hunting, here are some places to go.

The intersection of this street and this street between the time of 5 and 7 p.m.

is a good place where you can see geishas going to work.

So we got off the train.

We got in an Uber and we said, take us to this intersection.

We get off on that intersection.

And I'm not kidding you.

Within three minutes, we saw two geishas.
