And he got away on foot that night.

So I just went along with my life for a few weeks.

But the story does not end there.

Two weeks later, I got a call from the police saying that they'd captured this guy and they need me to come down and identify him.

And I was like, yeah, of course, I'll be there tomorrow.

That night, a news article came out with a mugshot of the guy and said that he'd been arrested and charged with sexual assault because he locked a woman in a bathroom with him.

And I don't know what else happened, but thanks to the photo I took, I was able to identify him, leading us to go to court six months after that.

So we went to court.

I testified.

He testified.

We were cross-examined.

New information came up about the case.

So we had to come back a whole two months later for another day of court.

Long story short, he ended up being found not guilty.

What?

Due to what the court thought was insufficient proof.

He remains a free man and he is out in this world doing who knows what.

He does have a criminal record that is

three pages long, and they still don't seem to take into account that he's not the best guy you want running around town, yet they still won't do anything about it.

He was not with it.
