You can hear what the other person's saying, but you're not kind of breaking any rules because, you know, you're not filming their face.

You're not doing anything.

So it's how you, like, I mean, I've had so much PR, but it's not just the PR.

It's what you do with your content around it.

um and that's you know that's where i what i teach my clients so like my membership's all about um visibility it's called the core um and what it's all about is if you strengthen your core so it's all about like learning to understand your brain learning resilience like showing up visibility like strategy around your business and all of those things if you strengthen your core then everything is better

So so that's what I teach and I help people to make good content at any given time.

And loads of my clients have also had really bad PR.

So one of one of my not necessarily PR, but like trolls and things like that as well.

You know, I've got Helen Judney, who is the complaining cow.

She's one of my clients in my membership.

She does a troll nursery on a Friday.

So she basically just any of the troll comments she's had through the week, she just takes a mick out of them.

And I've got Nikki, the anti-racist mum.

Nikki is amazing at what she does.

She is a white person who fights for anti-racism.

So she gets it from all angles.

And, you know, it's about building that strength.

And there's been times where, like, people in my world are like, oh, I just want to give up because it's really hard.

But just think, like, I've got a rule, especially with trolls, like, would you send them a Christmas card?

If you wouldn't send them a Christmas card, they don't matter.
