And I was like, oh, I had two kids with me who were both quite small and they were both like, I need the fucking crisps.
So like I was panicking and I looked around and there was a lady and I said, excuse me, I don't suppose there's any chance you could get me some crisps, please.
So she went off to go and get me some crisps and nearly 20 minutes passed and the crisps haven't come back.
And by this point, I was like rooted to the spot, frozen in anxiety, like really like how
I could have just gone and got the crisps myself.
And this was what I got on TikTok.
You lazy bitch.
You should have gone and got the crisps yourself and done all this stuff.
And but the woman finally like she finally like I came back and I was like, sorry, did you bring the crisps?
And she was like, it's not my job to run around after you.
And I was like, whoa, don't fucking talk to me like that.
So I was like, oh, like I'm a customer.
And I did get on my high horse a little bit.
And then I, of course, went home and ranted about it on TikTok.
And I got abuse like so much abuse.
The video got to a million views.
um there was a lady who on tiktok basically supports customer service people when people rant about them she stitched my video i got i got hate messages i got oh my god it was honest it was horrible so i thought what am i gonna do like i did an apology video and i said look you know i'm autistic i was really overwhelmed i was having a meltdown don't use your autism as an excuse and it just made it worse and i was like this is really bad
so i decided that i was gonna go into sainsbury's and i was gonna apologize to the lady so i bought her some flowers i filmed it again lots of abuse for that because oh you only filmed it you only went and said sorry because like you got caught and people think you're a dickhead um and i filmed it and i went and i apologized we had a hug like afterwards i spoke to the lady i said i'm really sorry i shouldn't have taken my anxiety out on you
I shouldn't have spoken to you like that.
It was really horrible.
