You know, depending where you are in in your life, if you're quite early on, you you haven't sort of started that process yet, just be prepared that.

is gonna test you, but um there's also reasons why it's it's so testing, right?

Like, you know, to to be a lawyer is sort of a regulated profession.

It is quite a a challenging career that um demands quite a lot of people.

So like, you know, this whole process is there to prepare you for that.

Good question.

So a couple of things.

Have

A lot more experience, um, which is sector specific.

compared to someone you would have gone for a traditional training contract.

You know, uh you do a two year training contract which has four seats.
