He says Democrats are the ones who have continually blocked a bill to fund all of DHS, including TSA.

Regarding these two new executive orders that the president issued, one is aimed at cutting red tape for home construction.

The other loosens regulations for home loans and makes it easier for small community banks to give mortgages.

The housing market has remained stubbornly sluggish.

But on the bright side, existing home sales increased by 1.7 percent in February for the National Association of Realtors.

The president's executive orders come as Congress works to address housing as well.
