Haley, it's great to be on.

Thank you guys for having me.

I think there'll be one person that'll be younger than me unless somebody new wins.

But I will be, I think, the second youngest in the House.

you know what i think it really comes down to person to person you know i've met some 25 year olds who i do not think are really fit and ready to be inside of congressional office but i've also met a lot of people and you i've met a lot of them who are currently serving inside of the house who should be nowhere near making decisions for the future of the american people

And I think it really comes down to acuity, what someone's life has really taught them and how much they're willing to put effort and time into this position.

That's what I think it really comes down to.

Now, I know the arguments from a lot of people are that there are term limits.

They were designed by our founders, why we have a bloodless revolution every two years in this country.

But one thing that I'll push back on that is that there are no term limits for bureaucrats.

And right now, the bureaucratic class is running the majority of our government in almost every single way.

We saw this in Trump's first term when you had so many political appointees trying to get the objectives that their president was giving to them done.

But then the established bureaucrats, the entrenched deep state, would go the exact opposite direction whenever they would say, hey, this is what we're trying to do.

This is the mandate we've been given.

And so I do think that term limits, specifically if they were on bureaucrats, would be helpful.

But then when I start looking at it, there are several people inside of the House who have been in office for longer than you or I have been alive.

I think that's a travesty.

I think that's a real problem.

And so I think that maybe three, four terms for a member of Congress and then three terms for a senator, I think that's more than enough time.

And if you're not able to get something done in that amount of time, you should be gone.
