And the truth is,

we can't afford to not pray.

I mean, that's really our, I love that even the armor of God, it takes you through all these different, you know, weapons, but then it closes with, starts the next sentence with, and pray in the spirit on all occasions and just like never stop praying.

And that's kind of that like final piece of armor really

That gives us the ability to like walk in faith and live the life that truly pleases God.

It's how we stay connected to him.

It's how we connect like the natural to the supernatural and just stay so connected in that way.

But it's also so powerful.

Like we're not meant to, you know, just treat prayer as this time of,

getting things off our chest, you know?

And I think I can enter into those moments sometimes where I'm just like, ah, thanks, Lord, just needed to vent for a second.

And every once in a while, it's like, totally, you know, like he is a safe place.

But also having those set aside moments to

worship God and thank God, having those moments to pray scripture over yourself, over your family, over your friends, to take time to intercede for other people, for those who don't know Jesus, for those who are broken and stuck in some really bad and harmful situations, to pray for leaders who are making big decisions on behalf of our nation and world.

And so, you know, when you look through scripture, you see all these different things

how to pray and what to pray.

But for me, I love to just start off worshiping and just start off just saying, Lord, thank you for who you are.

Thank you that you are God, my father, that you call me a daughter, that you call me yours, that I belong to you.

Thank you that you are

my savior, that you saved me.
