But I've just forced myself.

to do that and get more comfortable.

I've talked a lot about on the podcast.

I had Priscilla Shire on who's just one of my, she's just ultimate Bible teacher and incredible in the words that come out of her mouth.

I'm just in awe all the time.

And I just have never felt confident in outwardly praying for people, but I just forced myself to do it because again, it comes from the heart.

God doesn't matter if my words aren't as beautiful and flowery as someone else's.

It's all coming from my heart.

And it is a practice in that you do get better or at least more comfortable over time.

I would say that.

And so, you know, my husband prayed for me this morning.

I was driving here to work.

We're not in the same city right now.

And I was not feeling my back.

I threw my back out.

It just hurts.

And I said, I'm a little cranky today because my back is just extra hurting today.

And so he was like, can I pray for you right now on the phone?

And it's just like that all of a sudden I'm like, like crying.

I'm like, yes, please.
