Just uh little things like that.

I I I thought that was cool that Caleb pointed that out yesterday.

I know it was interest like I when when you see somebody that's willing to to take take chances too, to me it tells me that there's really not a fear of failure there.

Like he he's willing to go up there and try things and if he has a feeling on something, go up there and try it.

And if it doesn't work out, then you come up and try something different the next at bat.

But oftenti I y you hear me talk about this too much with whether it's uh going up there and sitting a specific pitch or sp uh sitting a specific space.

I feel like a key to being able to execute those things are being comfortable with uh hit one, hitting with two strikes, and two, knowing that the pitcher might go up there and not even throw you anything that you were wanting within that at-bat.

You could go up there and sit curveball and you see two straight-up fastballs right down the middle.

Um, but if you're not sitting that pitch and you're not on time for it, then you can't swing.

So you have to be comfortable getting into those two strike counts and battling.

So I just like that he's

Willing to to try different things and and it's worked out great so far.

Uh it's kind of similar to what we've talked about already.

Obviously, the fundamentals of the swing.

You have to have be able to have a swing that can get to a bunch of different types of pitches, and I feel like he has that.

Um with that too comes the uh pitch selection piece of it um and the adjustability in the swing.

So when you see a pitch and reacting to where that pitch might be, maybe it's not exactly the most perfectly located pitch, middle, middle.

Middle that you're going after, but what can you do with the barrel to still be able to drive that ball with a bit of authority?

And I think that he's somebody too that doesn't need to go up there and try to drop the barrel and try to get it out of the ballpark.
