And that's really just untrue, especially as a service provider.
People want nothing to do with you, you know what I mean?
Uh so it's really important to um not necessarily blow up people's
Inboxes or DMs, but be a like everywhere.
You really just need to be everywhere.
And so I think it's why content has has really leveled the playing field because, like I mentioned, discovery is democratized.
When I posted about um jester on my own accounts, I was getting a bunch of people who were coming to me organically.
And when I was posting
about these different games and showcasing different indie games, I would have developers in my inbox who was saying, um, you know, how what are your rates?
I wanna I wanna work with you.
And so what I would do is I would take that
I would say, you know, I'm not gonna charge you, but hop hop on a call with me instead.
And that's how I got my first initial you know clients after Lort was me kind of just building my brand and being everywhere and doing stuff that people actually cared about.
Right?
You want to do stuff that people care about and do it publicly so that people want to come talk to you and want to learn more.
Um, it's very easy for for indies, especially to stay in their own shell and do like what they consider the bare minimum for marketing.
Um, and it's just not enough, unfortunately, right?
People really need
to get out of their shell more and and and just post and and do content.
