But we really just wanted to learn and grow as fast as humanly possible, which is why we we we were nonstop just just churning out shorts all day for like at
Least three months.
And that's I think a huge contributor to how we were able to learn short form so quickly, despite not coming from a marketing background.
Short form really is just reputa like repetition and and volume.
And if if you're posting like once a week, it's gonna take forever for you to figure out what's hitting and what's not hitting.
The algorithm is just all about experimentation, uh, which is why we we really want to expedite that process.
Yeah.
So I'd say from April to June is when we were kind of just running people's accounts, learning the algorithm and and meeting people.
And this is where we kind of discovered the initial problem statement for Jester.
And then between mid-June to late July is when we were running these Discord campaigns, which were mediocre, but it was an interesting, I guess, uh, product that we were trying to build.
And then July twenty eighth was kind of our very big moment where we'd spent a weekend
We prototyped the website, we put it live on July twenty-eighth, and we ran a campaign for the game called Lort.
And so that was our very first what I would consider proper gesture campaign.
And that game it I mean, that campaign did awesome.
Like the the creators were super excited.
The game was phenomenal.
So it was just a natural fit for short form.
And the developer was extremely receptive to the uh platform being early, was happy with the results.
And so that was a huge moment for us where everyone in the entire, I guess, ecosystem was like, wait, this could actually be a very interesting product.
Um, and so that was our first.
