Yeah, I think some things that people don't know in terms of the governance structure.
So the teams like the Northern Mystics, the Southern Steel and the Central Pulse are mostly controlled by the zone boards that they are under.
So my team, the Northern Mystics, are managed by the Northern Zone.

The magic and the tactics who have got those leaders apparently in the last couple of days, they are more likely managed by Network New Zealand.
So that's probably the difference in governance structure at the moment.
Well, I'm not sure what that looks like at the moment.
From what I've been told from our players' association, they're trying to get into the bargaining room with all the parties, in particular Netball New Zealand.
I think there is a decent alignment between the players and the teams, from what I've been told.
But at the moment, there's still uncertainty.
But at the end of the day, we just want to have a really good elite competition of netball in this country.
And at the moment, there's so much opportunities, I personally find, to make it work.
financially viable, commercial opportunities.
It's about making sure that we can get all stakeholders on the table at the same time.
Yeah, it's probably a process in particular that we've been in this for the last probably three or so years.
But I feel like Nepal and this country, we just look at the participation rates and it's one of the highest grassroots sports within our country, I think.
There's so much opportunity for movement there.
And for me, I just would like to see all those little kids that are down at the netball courts every Saturday still having a dream to play in an elite competition here in New Zealand as well as become a saw firm.
Oh, I feel like we're sort of a little bit of, I guess we're dispersed in amongst, we're out of our competition season because it's finished this year.
