I have spoken with one man in that community who they have said is at the center of the awareness program.
They call him the king of vultures.
And he said as of 2017,
He started the monitoring of vultures with his binoculars and some of the trainings he has received from the conservationists.
He said they used to record just sighting about 15 vultures, 16 vultures.
But now, fast forward to years later, they actually record up to 150 vultures, 160 vultures.
Yes, that's an indication of sharp...
results, more or less, because they have been not just shushing people away who want to come hunt vultures, because of the practice they have in their community.
It also encourages vultures from neighboring places to come get some safety in their community.
