The RFP was issued out on Monday, December 8th.
The actual deadline is January 15th.
and we're planning to have vendor selection in a month of February.
To date, because the actual bid is not closed, we've had 107 people attend the non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting on December 18th, and that did not include city staff.
We have five proposal submissions already received to date, and we also have 25 proposals that are work-in-progress status between zero and 40%.
So,
A contractor has the opportunity to upload their information.
It actually shows the actual percentage of completion of their RFP.
So we have five completed to date.
We have 25 already in the system, and the actual RFP submission date is the 15th.
So we are still receiving information.
We had 109 vendor questions that were submitted.
Um, and there were two RFP addendums that were also given information to the bid solicitors.
Um, in regards to communication, uh, we've also promoted this actual RFP, uh, through the city speaks newsletter resident newsletter.
Um, we've had over 4,700 people,
who received that actual newsletter.
We've also promoted this on LinkedIn as well with almost 2400 engagements with that as well.
And in over 83 businesses that actually clicked the link to receive information and file information.
and also through a Facebook as well, where we had just under 2000 people who engaged with that actual notification.
So we're excited about this opportunity.
