Chairman, for moving so quickly in in reference to reaching out to some of the um uh other organizations have been making appointments, I think it's really, really important that we kinda know their appointments so that we can fill gaps.

Um but we we w it would be nice to for him to do follow suit so we can kinda know uh how the table's being set so we can fill in those gaps as well.

Uh and then secondly, while we have seventy applications, I know you've already and we talked about this.

That we want quality over quantity.

Right, so seventy sounds good, but we need to make sure that those individuals really meet the test um for for service, uh, because it's gonna be a lot of work the first year and a half, two years.

It's gonna be a lot of work.

And so we need to make sure people understand that this is not a fluff board.

It's gonna be a working board for the first two years setting up the administration of this organization.

So I love the numbers, but I hope that you and your committee will really scrub down to s to separate the best from the rest.

And I think the interviewing process will alleviate that and hopefully council members can come and be a part of that.

Um because we all have different criteria, different things that are important to us in reference to selecting an individual member.

So I think the process makes sense.
