It was just the direction my professional career started to take me.

Although it had been years since I danced in a formal classroom setting, dance was always, always in my heart.

It had always been a

part of my life as it grew up.

So as an adult

I could feel the gaping hole that not being involved in dance created in my life.

After Beth opened her own dance studio, I remember having the feeling that a light switch had been turned back on inside of me.

A few years prior, I had written in my prayer journal about my dream of being a dancer and a dance teacher, but for many reasons I just felt like that dream was too big.

After watching Beth's episode, I opened that journal back up.

and took a breath.

I knew that I could no longer ignore my dream.

It was right there in front of my face, and I just felt that stirring inside that told me things were about to move and change.
