But here's a little caveat.
Looking at the images of these things now, dinky have the better boxes now.
The boxes are so evocative.
They're as beautiful in their own way as the Swan Vestas matchbox.
They're just perfectly designed.
The lettering's correct.
The background color's just right.
And, you know, just looking at some of the dinky...
Some of the Dinky toys actually weathered something like an old 2CV made by Dinky.
It's beautiful.
I also found out that Dinky were the first people to make Thunderbird 2, but they released it in blue rather than green because they did market research which said children don't like green toys.

I thought it was extraordinary.
So, look, personal experience, Corgi, but had I been 20 years older, I think I may well, just purely because of the boxes, have gone down the dinky route.
