It took some time because we did have some very
Serious and in-depth conversations, looking at every aspect of what this could look like and what does that mean on the day-to-day?
How is that executed?
Some hard questions were thrown my way.
Some hard questions were thrown back at RJ.
So it was a very long process just because we wanted to make sure it was right.
But yeah, there was a lot of discussion around it.
It wasn't just an automatic plug and play, but I'm very happy with the result that we came to.
Yeah, I think that when you look at it or you want to talk about it, I think for me, it's giving respect to the process.
And obviously, there's a lot of great candidates out there that have different skill sets.
And when you're going into a situation like this and a rebuild, you want to make sure that you make the right decision because it is such a big one.
So for me, yes, obviously, it did take some time, but
For me, it was the due diligence necessary to make sure that we, as you keep saying, aligned with what we thought we needed to do, where we could take this group, and how we were going to implement that on a daily basis.
Well, coming off of last year, obviously not the season that you want, but you look at it as now an opportunity to evolve.
And for the guys that were here, obviously not a great feeling and not a position they wanted to be in.
