And then when I got into the space of working with BBM, everything that I preach, I've got to live it myself.
Totally.
So I'm one of those people that if someone tells me to do something, they better be able to do it too.
So everything I give our members.
i want to make sure i can do it too so i don't want to give them something that i can't do so i'm always always being that type of person so um you know if i preach something i would do it myself so now just one of those things that um has gotten me back into shape again is doing this boxing and you know i've been training hard with dave and and having a few sparring sessions i've got a bit of a mark on my face from our sparring yeah from our sparring so no it's been it's been good

So, I had my brother in there too.
Oh, okay, yeah.
So, my brother's been in and out of prison since his 20s.
Right.
And, you know, I've told this story, like, me and my brother hardly hung out because I was real busy with my career and he was busy doing his stuff.
And then he was in and out of prison so it was hard for us to kind of hang out.
