Well, I think that the Supreme Court has been very friendly to Trump.
Long before Trump was on the scene, many members of this Supreme Court, the conservative majority, have been in favor of something called the unitary power of the executive, which means giving more power to the executive branch.
And Trump just happens to be the vehicle for that.
What we're going to find out this year with this court is how friendly they're going to be.
These cases have piled up.
Just look at how many we've discussed today.

We used to have what was supposed to be three co-equal branches of government with checks and balances on each one.
