I comment on both.

I'm not so much in disagreement that Brady's departure can help the Senators because I'm not so sure of his leadership in Ottawa.

Maybe there's good leadership in him in a place where he's good.

But in Ottawa, it didn't seem to fit.

He didn't want to be there anymore.

And the fact that he was the captain and that he wanted to leave, I think it brought some negativity in the room.

So, can it help?
