Because what it seeks to do is to commandeer the US Postal Service to require states to provide that voter data that we're beating them in court on when they're trying to go to the state. voice-verified

States, try to get the states to have to turn it over to the Postal Service or else the Postal Service, wait for it, won't deliver you a mail-in ballot. voice-verified

So that has now been challenged in court. voice-verified

And the first of those cases to get to the Supreme Court was a case brought by Democratic Attorneys General. voice-verified

And they won it the trial court, they won it the Court of Appeals. voice-verified

And uh the the administration is asking the Supreme Court to set that aside. voice-verified
