And prior to post-training and fine-tuning, it was not really very useful as a chatbot.
It had to be taught how to use the information that was there in order to answer the queries that you might have.
And we know that you can train further on other data sets that are even more highly curated.
and more accurate, for example, for legal documents or other things to create various kinds of AIs that are more adept at certain types of tasks than just ChatGPT itself.
In the same way, we can create models of the cells and then add information through this post-training and fine-tuning using tissues and data that are harder to come by.
And that is how I believe we'll make progress to get at what you asked about, which is how do you look not just at cells in a petri dish, which is very rarefied, but at cells in their natural habitat where they're interacting with other cells, which will also influence the course of the disease.
No, I absolutely believe that.
And this is an issue.
There are various kinds of ways of making biologic therapeutics, antibodies.
If you do it in just a straight mouse, you'll end up with immunogenicity problems because the mouse antibodies aren't quite the same as human antibodies.
And the human
immune system will detect those differences and will mount an immune response.
It will reject the therapeutic.
This is a problem that had to be overcome when antibodies were first developed as therapeutics over 30 years ago.
So what we've learned from that is that you can learn some of the rules of immunogenicity, that people make modifications to most antibodies.
You can bypass the issue altogether and
You know, a decade later, people made mice where they replaced the mouse's immune system with a human immune system.
And those give you fully human antibodies.
That's one way to go.
But there are other ways as well in making people have experience making synthetic antibodies and then humanizing them.
