fake news person said, oh, in fact, you can do the wealth tax because even if people do leave your country, the rich leave your country, even if they live in foreign countries, you can still tax them because that's allowed under the US law.

You don't actually have to live in America to be taxed.

Unless you give up your rights as an American and become another citizen of another country, the U.S.

does have a right to tax you if you're living in another country.
