Does he actually have any kind of issue where he can incriminate himself in the question?

So the questions that he had an issue with, he took the fifth on everything.

So they asked him something like, what color of tie are you wearing?

And he took the fifth.

He'll have issues with those because there was no possibility of incrimination.
