um i i just have to say that that he needs to he still can face contempt for not answering questions um so i i don't know what senator rand paul is going to do um but he could still do a lot of things so the the issue is the pardon they're gonna have to look at it because
They're going to have to take this to court, which is how we got the original decision back in 1896.
So the question would be, can so technically he's not supposed to use the fifth.

When he already has this pardon, what the scope of the pardon is, his attorneys can argue he had a fear of perjury.
But I don't know if perjury was something that you can...
you can put together because technically the way that the supreme court indicated that this would happen is that okay so you give a pardon you can't you can't incriminate yourself anymore because you have a pass from this time to this time so you're supposed to answer the questions
