So $3,500 is over that 18-month period.
So if you back that out, it's about $2,700 ARR, annual ACV, basically.
Well, look, it's pretty obvious.
It's hard to remove the software because if you've got Symantec or McAfee, which are the incumbents I'm going after, do you know how hard it is to get them off of your computer?
Imagine the average consumer fighting to get Symantec and McAfee off and now do that in a thousand years.

going to events, doing webinars, newsletters, and so on.
